SEA Teacher 5th Batch (First Day)

Hai everyone~
This blog will be the place where i share my activity and experience in Chiang Rai, Thailand. but first... u need to know me :) i'm Diah Hikmatunnisa. From Tanjungpura University Pontianak. My Major is Physics and i'm at 4th year already.

So..... How can i go to Thailand? Thanks God i'm being choose to participate SEA Teacher 5th Batch.

Extrication for SEA Teacher 5th Batch UNTAN

What kind of activity? it's called SEA Teacher. The SEA Teacher Project or the “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia” is a project that aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences (practicum) in schools in other countries in Southeast Asia. The exchange is preferably for 4th year students whose major are in math, science, English and pre-school. The duration is for one month and based on the mechanism of cost sharing basis. Students’ roles and responsibilities are assigned weekly during the one month period (observe, assist in teaching, teach and reflect). Moreover, the host universities will provide mentors to supervise and monitor the students throughout the practicum period.

Enough the Explanation.

I've placed in Chiang Rai Thailand with the other 14 students from Indonesia and 4 from Philippines. because i need to arrive at Monday 22nd January before 6 p.m so i need to flight from Pontianak at 19th. well.... it's because Pontianak is little bit far so i need to go to CGK at 19th and boarding to Bangkok in the next morning so i can arrive before 6 p.m. actually it's quite hard to schedule the flight cuz there is 2 transit. 

From Pontianak i go with the others 2 student from my campus who placed in Philippine. After that i need to stay overnight at airport. It's because my next flight is at 7 a.m. but i actually not alone. after that i meet the others student who placed in Chiang Rai too. so i don't have so much to worry about.

there is no special things in the first day. Because we just spending our time in plane and airport. check in, waiting, find something to eat, and chek in and waiting again. It's still fun because i'm not alone. BIG THANKS for all of them :3 

at the end we all arrive arround 4.30 and miss Nok already in airport waiting for us. After that they bring us to CRRU Hotel to stay there until School side come to pick us all. For your information.... the Hotel is GREAT
